Implements improvements (MAIN: V01-09) New:

1. The time to select the “BAND" or "MODE" operation by touching the key when it is displayed on the selection screen, has been extended.
2. Fixed a bug; When the number of channels registered to the QMB (quick memory bank) was set to 5 channels, if the power was turned OFF and then ON again while operating in QMB mode, the transceiver did not reliably start up normally.
3. Other functions have been improved and optimized.
